You can return your unwashed, unworn, brand new item with tags still attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your stuff, please contact shop@go-van.com with the following information:

  1. Order ID (look for it on the email we sent you)
  2. Items you would like to return
  3. Your preference for a refund or product to receive in exchange Go-Van will issue a return authorization based on the information you provide. Go-Van does not provide freight for returns. Go-Van will provide freight for all exchange items shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.

The Fine Print:

Please note that Go-Van can only offer exchanges for items of equal value or a combination of lesser value product and a partial refund. Go-Van does not store payment information and cannot charge your original payment method for a more expensive item. Gifts can only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser, an exchange, or store credit. Go-Van can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. Go-Van cannot exchange full price items for those purchased at a sale price. Go-Van cannot refund expedited shipping charges. Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to us. Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days. Refunds issued to your account can require up to 7 days to post. Go-Van cannot process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.
